CONVEYANCING SERVICES

The team is well versed with the procedures and processes laid down by the Dubai Land Department and has the wherewithal to handle complex structures when handling conveyancing during transfer of titles. The conveyancing team can provide you with the appropriate terms and conditions agreed to between the Parties with separate documentation to be included with the standard Dubai Land Department documentation.

Being involved and taking to you through the process till the transaction is successfully completed is our team’s ultimate goal. We keep ourselves abreast with the latest developments in the processes and procedures followed by government authorities.

Our Role:

a) Our team can guide the Buyer / Seller with the terms and conditions to be agreed with the other Party depending on the type of the Property and the transaction involved.

b) Assist the Parties in clarifying any queries on the documentation and/or process or procedures.

c) Assist the Parties (buyer/seller) with proper documentation and procedures to be followed when banks/ mortgages are involved.

d) Assist the parties with the Developer’s NOC process.

e) Accompanying you on the transfer date to complete the transaction by attending the Dubai Land Department nominated trustee’s office.
